We provide an upload area for customers to send digital recordings directly to us. Benefits include:

• No need to burn a CD and deliver it to our office
• No special software or account required
• Recordings are kept strictly confidential

Using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or Higher:

1. Open ftp://ftp.absoluteresearch.net/incoming/ (opens in new window)
2. For Internet Explorer 7 users only: click Page->Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer
3. Drag and drop your recording files into the window.
4. Note that while you can see your files listed, you won't be able to download them. This is intended so that anonymous visitors cannot access confidential recordings.
5. Once the upload has completed, close the window.

If the above steps do not work, check the following:

• Make sure your Internet Explorer is at least version 6
• Open Tools->Internet Options->Advanced. Make sure the following options are checked:
  1. Enable folder view for FTP sites
  2. Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)

Alternatively you may use your favorite FTP program. Login to ftp.absoluteresearch.net with username anonymous and your email as the password.
