Analysis & Reporting

After the desired data have been entered and carefully checked, analyses are conducted that will best answer the research questions and perhaps suggest further issues for exploration. Our team of consultants carefully considers each project from a variety of approaches to best address your needs. Responses are combined and examined in creative ways to explore solutions that may not be immediately apparent. For example:

  • What combinations of policies and changes appear to be the most effective in adderssing specific workplace problems?
  • What subset of your product's features and benefits appears to be most important to the buying decisions of your customers?
  • What combinations of customer attributes and characteristics are helpful in defining your most promising niche market?

A number of bivariate procedures (e.g., t-tests, correlational analyses, ANOVA's) and/or multivariate techniques (e.g., factor, multiple regression, and/or discriminant function analyses) may be used, depending on the issues being addressed. The analyses are conducted in the manner that gives you the clearest possible answers from your data.

Example: Your data may show that vehicle handling, fuel efficiency and safety features form the subset of characteristics that is most likely to generate large sales volume from an auto advertising campaign, whereas other combinations are likely to be far less successfull.

A professionally written and edited report will be distributed as appropriate. This report will include action steps and recommendations that you may find helpful. You may also choose to receive an oral presentation of the results.
